He is wonderful and very polite and professional. My surgery went well. As I was preparing for surgery I was nervous and afraid. Several people were praying for me the day of surgery. I prayed and relaxed and all was well. Thanks to God and Dr. O for being humble and obedient. Everyone I see or speak to I let them know that Dr. O is awesome. I couldn't have been referred to a better surgeon.

Everyone was very nice and helpful when we arrived at Ortho Arkansas a young lady came out to help get me out of car and take me to where I needed to go. The people helping in Heather Martin office were very nice they took me to xray the technicians were very good doing their jobs. Heather Martin was wonderful she talked about things that I was experiencing what we could do test she would like to do to help diagnose what my problems could be. I was very pleased with my visit with her.

Came here for a 2nd opinion and received way better results. Dr. Gordon not only spoke to us like we were actual people, but also made sure that my son comfortable with the treatment options. Instead of offering a t-shirt like the previous provider, this doctor offered actual steps towards healing.

It starts with Evan when he greets you and gets you settled in the room. Such a nice and efficient guy. Then very quickly, Debra joins you. What a nice person. She really cares how you feel and is willing to take the time to really understand whats going on. I will never go anywhere else for my arthritis treatment.

I had a very positive experience with this rheumatology practice. The doctor truly listened to me, took her time, and made me feel heard and understood. Dr. Heather Martin was thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely concerned about figuring out what is going on rather than rushing to conclusions. The entire staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit much less stressful. I’m very grateful for the care and attention I received.

Dr. Adam Smith did knee replacement surgery, on my husband, & Larry is now able, to walk again, with no problems or pain. Dr.Smith & his dedicated, medical staff are very nice, caring people. We’re always met, with a “welcomed” smile, at each appointment. 😃 And, they’re good, to answer any questions, that we might have. We, sincerely, appreciate the care & concern shown to us. This was my first visit to OrthoArkansas. I was very impressed with the expertice of the whole staff. I was very impressed with Maggie Brown who treated me. She listened to my whole medical story and made me feel comfortable through the whole visit. I highly recommend her to other patients.

My wait time was alittle over an hour. I had to go to desk to find out what the wait was about. Yes he was running behind which is not distressing but she went to a couple others to say they were running behind. I didn’t hear Dr name so I didn’t know. Other than that my visit was uneventful. Dr Smith was very thorough and didn’t appear to be in any hurry. He explain everything in detail and gave me options. He included me in my care. Very please with my visit. First time at ortho Arkansas and will go back.

I had 3 scheduled appointments for the day & this clinic was so good to get me in and out quickly for the next appointment and they also went above their degree of duty and called down to my next appointment to let them know I was there with another doctor. Very helpful staff and friendly, friendly staff! The doctor was great and super duper nice! Very informative as well!! Love this hand specialist and his staff.

After nearly two years of being dismissed, I lost my sheep, my land, and my role as a shepherdess due to the decline from my C5-6-7 issues. Dr. Richard Peek at OrthoArkansas broke that cycle. He listened, confirmed my situation, and explained with clarity why surgery was needed. Though I haven’t had surgery yet, I’m confident in him. I had to give up what I loved. I have had to move to a one-level apartment, no longer able to care for my flock, and having to watch who I was and what I love disappear with my function. Dr. Peek made me feel heard and for a second I forgot I was with a surgeon because his bedside manner is top notch. I left that appointment praying and crying, believing again. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Lastly, I would like to state that Falanda, Dr. Peeks nurse, I would trust and follow whatever she said. She was clear with her directions, answered all my questions, and explained the process we were gonna go through as a team and I cant compliment her enough for her kindness and professionalism. 🦓🫂❤️
